Stage & screen actor

As an actor, but above all as a person, I keep looking for new, unknown paths through life. This page is one more expression of that. Step over my threshold and hear what I want to tell you.

00A few words

Trying to describe a person in a few words — and these days ideally in a few seconds — can be as inspiring as it is futile. It depends on the attempt. Everyone interests me, yet talking about myself is not something I usually do. I simply try to be. So let's see whether, in the few words below, I allowed myself to be.

Stay with me.

01Theatre

The Jewish Theatre, 2018 – present. Incredible luck. I got in through a nationwide casting, so it felt a bit like applying to drama school all over again. 400 people for one place. I have no idea how it happened; there is no rule, no key. There is simply “The Day”. And that was “The Day”.

Since then I have played in premieres every year, often lucky enough to play leading roles. The finest adventures include:

The Jewish Theatre · 2018 – present

  • dir. Wojciech Kościelniak • 2019

    The Jazz Singer

    Title role

We barely had time to enjoy it before the pandemic arrived.

  • dir. Jan Szurmiej • since 2018

    Fiddler on the Roof

    Motel the tailor

A beautiful classic that plays itself. All that's left is to let the story carry you. And to learn how to use a Singer sewing machine.

  • dir. Robert Talarczyk • 2021

    Yentl

    Avigdor, co-lead male role

A story of women's emancipation in a patriarchal world. Also a story of love and friendship. Not easy ones. How could they be.

  • dir. Agata Biziuk • 2025

    M. Factor. The Birth of Beauty

    Title role

Agata's musical debut on the main stage. With a biography like that and a pleasantly wicked sense of humour in the script, it is a unique show to play. Which doesn't mean easy. A big show for the audience and a camera on stage to play with!

  • dir. Robert Talarczyk • 2026

    Inheritance

    Azriel, one of the leads

A great saga based on the works of Isaac Bashevis Singer, told in a contemporary language: fast, dynamic and deep at the same time. Jakub Lewandowski's movement work lifts it superbly. The two of them make an amazing duo.

  • dir. Jakub Lewandowski • 2026

    The Song of Songs

    Two-hander

Unlike anything else. The Bible's most loving book in Czesław Miłosz's translation, brought to life by two actors in an intimate, ethereal space. A performance not so much with a plot as with an “experience”.

This list could be longer. And it is. But let's leave some room for the imagination.

Other stages

  • Teatr STU
  • Roman Kołakowski Song Theatre
  • Teatr Bez Rzędów
  • MAMRO Theatre Company
  • Teatr Melpo
  • Scena Lubelska

Man does not live by a full-time contract alone. Circumstances let me co-create two productions at Teatr STU and step into the shoes of artists such as Marek Grechuta, Andrzej Zaucha, Zbigniew Wodecki and Maryla Rodowicz. A fairy tale.

02Film & television

I decided on screen acting much later. The stage was my first love. The camera first appeared as an intriguing acquaintance, and we have only recently started becoming friends. But I already know it's a relationship for years to come.

06Contact

Here I want to thank my agency, Obsada, and Ms Maria Górecka ;)

Back when I still wasn't sure I wanted to “risk” screen acting, Maria came to see “Yentl” and, well… that is why I'm writing these words today.

Thank you.
